Product: HP Z27n G2
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently got my 2 new HP Z27n G2 monitors shipped and my intent was to daisy chain them with my MacBook Air. I bought these version purely because I could connect my first monitor using USB-C to USB-C cable and then use the display port cables provided by HP to connect to the second monitor. But I am unable to do that. Do I need the USB-C to DisplayPort adapter to connect to the first monitor in order to daisy chain from the DisplayPort Out from the first monitor to DisplayPort In to the second monitor?
