When I power 'ON' the computer the monitor/screen will toggle back and forth trying but loops from logo to startup screen to login screen but then goes back and does this again and again? Built in diagnostic were run. And Video Memory Test passed, but when long-test were run it showed a failure after many passes. Looking inside the case I found the ribbon cable to the monitor pinched, folded 180 and pinched between two support ribs of the plastic case. I moved it to where it should have been placed in the first place at the factory, (truly their assembly fault) but we are past warranty now at 2 years old. I reseated the memory card while in there. Nothing changed when powering up? Is replacing that cable the next thing to do? Thank you
