Product: Pavilion 24
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touch screen on my HP Pavilion 24 all in one desktop touchscreen is not working.

The only program I had to download was Cloud Converter.

At the time I downloaded it, my screen was working (to my recollection).

The next day it was not working.

 

I have followed previous Device Manager instructions, but I do not have the choice listed in Device Manager for uninstalling the compliant screen human interface. The option is not there.

 

Please advise.
