Operating System: Linux

Few days ago I installed new t520 thin client for users for Citrix XenApp (6.5) remote desktop service.

Everything was fine untill they started working with photocameras. The connect it dirctly to client, camera appearts as a disk everything fine, they started copying photos and BANG session disconnected. Situation repeat itself with smartphones. And you never can say will it disconnect or not. In Citrix App Center session is looked like "DIsconnected" but user cannot enter it.

 

A read for topic with problem whos looks like mine but user had problem during using IBM Lotus and we got problem randomly during copying file from camera in the disk.
