Elitedesk 800 G2 mini
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear,

I have bought an elitedesk 800 g2 mini as a home theater Pc but I ran into a problem.

I configured my elitedesk connected to my screen with a VGA cable without a problem. But when I connected it to my TV with my display port to HDMI converter which I always use to connect my laptop I get no signal. I updated every driver but to no avail. I can't even see the bios or post screen

At first I expected a faulty connector so I tried connecting the elitedesk to my regular screen with a DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable but same problem no signal.

So I suspected faulty DisplayPorts and resend the unit to my supplier for replacement. The problem now is that the replacement unit has exactly the same problem! No signal whatsoever over the DisplayPorts.

Can someone please provide some assistance because a home theater Pc without image is not that practical!

Thanks for your replys!
Sam
