HP ProDesk 400 G4 Desktop Mini PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have the HP ProDesk 400 G4 Desktop Mini PC, which has two rear DisplayPort ports (see attached photo). They appear to be DisplayPort 1.2, although I am not sure. I have just purchased two Dell S2719DC monitors (2560 x 1440), which have USB-C and HDMI ports.

I want a dual monitor system and would like to know what is the best way to run both monitors from my computer.

I assume I will have to use adaptors of some sort. Which are better to use, DisplayPort-HDMI adaptors, or DisplayPort-USBC adaptors? Do they need to be active DisplayPort converters?

Thanks in advance,

Sam
