Product: HP EliteDisplay E240
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have numerous systems in the office that all have the newest e240 Display with the popup camera.  The camera is not recognized by the Laptops even with updates performed to the drivers.  I even attempted to download the latest Firmware Driver for the camera but the system says the device is not found.  Why do all the units I have (20-25 total) does the camera not work?
