HP Recommended
Elite 7500 MT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm attempting to upgrade the cpu and the hard drive to a ssd.

Here

and here

1. The best cpu upgrade would be i7-3770

2. How can I determine what modern SSDs are compatible with the old Elite 7500 MT board I have?

I see 256 GB Solid-state drive (SSD) is the maximum size supported. How do I know which SATA version is supported? 1, 2 or 3

3. How do I have a minimum disruption move from the hard drive to the SSD drive?
