Eliteone 800 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have a problem with one of my two HP Eliteone 800 G3 PCs.

With this PCs I'm using USB RFID reader device which calls "ELATEC T4BO-F6" (in USB-COM mode).

And problem starts, when I plug this reader to any of four rear USB's it isn't working. When I use any of two bottom USB's it's working and I do not know why.

I need to use rear usb due to they'r not easy to acess for other persons which are using this PC.

I'm providing few screenshots with decribtion of my situation:

On my second PC with same HW SW configuration and equipment, RFID working well with rear and bottom USB's.

I would like to remind that I already:

- reinstalled whole Windows 10

- installed all driver updates via HP Support Assistant for Elliteone G3 and I installed some extra drives from web site, which was not provided by Support Assistant (like Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port Driver and so on),

- installed driver for RFID reader,

- I updated Windows10 Windows 10 (1803)

- I tried another RFID reader device, without luck

- I tried another type of USB-COM device (Datalogic GM4400 scanner), which is working well with rear USBs (How could one type of USB-COM device working and another one didn't work?)

- used driveridentifier software to check possible updates for Elatec or USB or USB-COM drivers but without luck, no newest drivers was found

Please, have you an idea where could be problem? Or how to solve it? I'm on my end 😞
