Product: HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have an HP Digital Sender Flow 8500 fn1 that we use to scan documents. I came in to the scanner making a strange noise so I thought I would turn it off and back on to reboot it and see if that would help and when I turned the scanner back on it gave me a black screen with the error message "Error 99.09.66 No Boot Disk." But it did not help. I'm not sure what I need to do to fix it. It is connected via LAN and as far as I know has not had any recent software or driver changes.
