HP Recommended
Product: z240 full tower workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

 

HP tech was just out to replace a motherboad. When we boot it up it's asking for the Feature Byte, but the code on the case does not work. We've tried several combinations of upper and lower case, with and without spaces.

 

Can anyone help decypher what we should be entering? Or why it isnt working?

 

Motherboard part number is 837344-001.
