Product: HP 24es Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have had an HP 24es monitor for about two years.
The monitor has not worked well for about 1 month.
The following message sometimes appears: "Power button has been locked". Then the monitor shuts down.
So I have to press again the button to turn on again the monitor.
I also tried to press and hold the power button for 10 seconds but the problem comes back again.
Could someone suggest me something?
