I have a 640GB HP Pocket Media Drive which I have used to backup my HP desktop for the last 6 years.  I just reformatted it to the original NTFS file system.  I was cautioned that all data including the HP Sure Store backup software would be erased from the drive.  I then reinstalled the Sure Store software.  I activated the software and started the backup process.  It scanned the computer and displayed all files that would be backed up.  It showed the backup would use 54.4GB of space on the drive.  However, it also said that I couldn't complete the backup as structured, because I had only 31.7GB of space available on the drive.  If all data was removed from the drive during the reformat, why do I have only 31.7GB of space available on a 640GB drive?  Is there a solution to this problem?  Any help will be appreciated.
