Hi, I bought a Hp Compaq DC 7800 SFF pc half a year ago for 30 euros.

 

-Intel core 2 duo e6750 2.66ghz
-4gb ddr2 ram
-80gb hdd
-Amd Radeon hd 6570 1gb ddr3

 

I had a plan to upgrade ram and cpu,

I browsed the forums and found quite strange questions and answers, someone says that quad core processors work but only the first generation, ie only q6600 and q6700, someone says that q8xxx processors work.
Mostly, I bought for 10 euros intel core 2 quad q9550 2.83ghz, put it in the case and the computer works great.
I also bought a 4x2gb 667mhz nvidia sli ready 4 stick for 20 euros and it works great.

In CSGO 720p low with the same computer I have 80-120fps which is quite playable,
Ets2 720p medium 30fps,
The forest 720p low 30fps.

 

GTA V should definitely work but at the moment I don't have another hard drive while currently 80gb I have very little space because gta v takes up 90-100gb

I just want to say that you are free to upgrade to an 8GB ram and you are free to go to the Intel core 2 quad q9xxx generation and it will work great for you, as far as graphics are concerned, the gt 1030 2GB ddr5 would also work great. If I get it, I'll let you know!

Total cost for 14yrs HP gaming pc is 60euros
-Intel core 2 quad q9550 2.83ghz (4c/4t)
-8gb 667mhz ram (4x2gb quad channel work)
-80gb HDD sata 3 3.0gb/s
-Amd Radeon hd 6570 1gb ddr3

+If u want +10euros for 500gb hdd!
