S430C
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi community,

does anyone have experience with "HP Device Bridge"?

I recently got an S430C Widescreen Monitor that is advertised to use this software. Unfortunately there is no documentation whatsoever concerning this product. I have now spent hours trying to find documentation or at least a demonstration on what to expect. But I didn't even find anything on the hp page besides this: https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA7-6222EEAP.pdf

From this page I understand that it should allow me to connect 2 PCs to the monitor and display both on the same screen. In addition I expect the connected devices (mouse and keyboard) to work seemlessly on both parts of the screen. I would expect it to work as soon as I install the software that is found on the driver and support page.

I have installed the software on both devices and even though they are running and show as connected the seemless transition is not possible. The mouse snaps to either screen and then - seemingly random - jumps to the other screen.

Is there a keyboard combination to switch between screens?

Thanks in Advance!
