Product: HP Device Manager
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012

Hi,

Suddenly we can't add rules to our HP Device Manager anymore.

I get this error:

"Failed to save Deploy Files sub-task"

 

I have tried looking in the different log files that I could find in C:\ProgramData\HP\HP Device Manager\Console\logs or C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP Device Manager\MasterRepositoryController\log.

 

Has anyone experienced this problem before?

 

We are running version 4.7 SP11, so latest version.
