Elite Display E240c Product # M1P00A8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Elite Display Out of Box Failure. Normally I sign in and start a chat session to either get the issue resolved or replaced. This would be the 3rd monitor I need replaced. It has no display on start up at all. The power buttong repeatedly blinks white. When I went to start a chat session, I get the message stating "This product is no longer serviced by HP". What gives? We are a non profit organization  and have 95% of our printers, pc and peripherals that are HP. I feel HP service is going down hill. I have a printer that is less than 6 months old and has had 4 service visits from HP. On this report of trouble, it has been out of service now for over 2 weeks and waiting for parts. What's going on HP?
