Hi,

i have problem on our machine to get full turbo frequency on intel i7 8700 (4,2GHz), only get max 3,6GHz. Tested with full load only one core of CPU and added second cooler to CPU (low temp).
If i set CPU in bios to only one active core, i get 4,2GHz (but then in Windows OS have 1 core, not 6).
