Elitedesk 800 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install a PCI-E WiFi card on an Elitedesk 800 G4 but this machine doesn't detect the card on any of the ports. The card was tested on a HP Z220 and a HP Prodesk and both those machine detected the card without an issue.

I have updated BIOS on the Elitedesk and checked BIOS for Slot security and made sure that the ports are active. Running on Windows 10 x64 and updated to the latest.

Tried calling HP Support, got connected to call centre in India, and they obviously read scripts like parrots, utterly useless for support.

Has anyone run into a similar issue with this model or similar? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
