Pavilion Desktop 550-127c
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Having multiple issues with my desktop. It first started when it would not power up at all. Then I got it to power up by holding down the power button and plugging in the power cable. But now when it runs there is no video output at all. I tried both the VGA and HDMI ports and no dice. Also I noticed I cannot turn off the power now by holding down the power button, I can only power off by unplugging it.

I tried replacing the battery in the motherboard, that didn't help.

Also when running the fan sounds rather loud, not sure if this is impacting it or not. Sometimes I turn it on and do not hear this loud fan noise, although the fan on the cpu is working.

What other troubleshooting steps can I try?
