HP Pavillion All in One
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

in February HP Supplied me with a HP Pavillion 24" All In One to replace a previous computer that they damaged while they had it for repair. Intel i5, 12 GB Memory, 256 gb Storage, Intel 630 Graphics, Realtek/B&O Audio.

Computer worked great except for one issue - on Zoom calls when we wanted to Share our screen to show a video or something else with audio the participants could not hear the audio. They could still here me talking but not the item I was sharing. After weeks of going back and forth with Zoom and HP Support (Level 1 and Level 2) we were unable to figure out a reason or solution. Drivers were updated windows reinstall several times in multiple ways and hours talking it through on the phone with tech supports. We did not have the same issue on the other 3 computers  in our home.

Couple things we did find out - it happens with other video conferencing platforms (Teams , Skype Webex) which seems to rule out a software issue and if I plugged a pair of headphones into the computer or connected a blue tooth audio device suddenly the participants could hear the video. Still no one could figure out why this was and eventually HP agreed to give us a replacement device - essentially the same specs. Got that new unit hooked up last night and SAME PROBLEM!! Only thing I can think of is some issue with the sound card/audio driver. Has anyone here encountered something similar or hav any thoughts. Thinking I may need to purchase a different brand or different HP with a different audio device?. Thank you in Advance
