HP Recommended

Office just installed a new lamp into the HP vp6320 projector.  Im to understand that it has since been retired by HP but while there is a new lamp and ready to go, there is a indicator flashing light blinking even after a new lamp has been installed.  Im also seeing things on the internet about "resetting counter".  Im feeling this step is missing but I dont know how to do that.  Can anyone help?

 

(Note: Ive placed this in a board thats not related because the drop down menu doesnt have a home for projectors.)
