For some reason starting last week all of our T630 Windows 10 devices randomly blue screen on users. These thin clients are only used to connect to a Citrix shared desktop (Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.15 CU4, the server they connect to is Windows 2008 R2). The crash happens at different times on each device. Users have had this happen while using different applications as well as when the user is just sitting there waiting on a call to come in. The last change to our Citrix environment was 4 weeks ago. The write filter is turned on for these devices and I have verified there have been no updates to these devices in several months. We have other thin clients (some iGel running Linux and some other old HP thin clients running Windows 7) and desktops running Windows 10 using this same shared desktop that have had no reported issues. Any clues on what could be causing this issue? In checking among other teams the only change I can find was a change to our gateway made by our network team a few days before this started.
