HP t730 with HP Hotkey Filter gives problems with some key combinations. For example, I cannot use Windows + E and Windows + D. I install the hotkey filter via HPDM and then send this script to the thin client (t730):
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /Clean
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /Enable
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /Block Ctrl+Alt+Del
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /Block Windows+L
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /Block Shift+Ctrl+Esc
HPHotkeyFilterMgr.exe /SupportVDI Enable
I want to be able to use Windows + E and Windows + D but basically everything in Citrix. We use the Citrix Workspace app 1904 from the HP Update Center. Now only the following key combinations work:
CTRL+ALT-DEL
Windows+L
Shift+CTRL+Esc
That seems logical because of the above script, but without script the key combinations are sent to the local host. So I have to enablen the hotkey filter. What am I doing wrong?
Everything works well on our t630s with the exact same script. Strange right?
