Hi,

I have an HP Z38C curved monitor. I use it with my Macbook pro with the usb type c cable and it works properly. However, I wanted to connect a device (PS5) to the monitor and that only has HDMI port. I tried connecting it and it was saying "input source not found on the monitor". To troubleshoot, I tried connecting my macbook to the monitor using the HDMI cable and my macbook detects the monitor and rescales the resolution. However, it still said that input source not found on the monitor. The cable is fine as I've been able to connect both devices to another monitor using the same HDMI cable without any issues. Can you please help me solve this problem? Thanks
