Product: HP Z420
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello all i am trying to put a "ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti Mini" in my z420 work station. but having issues once i put it in no fans come out at all makes beeps only does not power on i have a 600 psu power supply.. but i put my old "NIVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 in and boots  right up can you please help could it be a power issue??
