HP Recommended
HP 27er 27” monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

my monitor on screen display menu will not pop up. When I push any of the buttons the power turns off and I don’t have a way to access the menu to change HDMI inputs to use.

this morning my PC went to ‘Sleep’ and that monitor stayed ON and I walked into the office to see the screen switching solid colors. Solid red, then solid blue, green, yellow (I think) and cycle through. I’ve tried holding the power button for 10-30 seconds, I’ve tried holding other buttons for that long and they all seem to turn off the monitor. I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in to no avail. If there is no obvious solution is there a way to factory reset it without using the OSD?

help!
