Product: Z210
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have an HP Z210 CMT at work and need to replace a faulty HDD. Unfortunately the engineer who setup the device installed the Solenoid Lock and we cannot get the device to boot into the BIOS to disable it. Where can we order the Solenoid Lock Failsafe Key from?
