Hello and thank you for your time.

I have been asked by my company to investigate the possibility to use HP Device Manager to service and support thin clients for end users. the plan is to have a template that will add/make a RDP to connect the users to the remote desktop when the client first connects to the Gateway/HPDM Server.

I want to know if this is possible using the HP ThinPro 7 software, and how it would be done. I tried with a single Test Machine running the ThinPro7 on a USB drive, but haven't been able to correctly send a file to the client. Shadowing the client works correctly

P.S.: I have never used the Device Manager software before, and neither has anyone in the office, this would be a start project and we want to test as much as possible. any tips or tricks are highly appreciated
