I have a problem with VNC technology, I have a subdivision that uses T630, when I try to connect, I see that the VNC window opens, but after a second the window automatically closes, it says The VNC shadow session has ended.

I see the task completed successfully

2020-12-08 16:09:51 Successfully sent task to the HPDM Gateway 2020-12-08 16:09:54 Task has been retrieved by the Agent. 2020-12-08 16:09:59 Successfully executed vnc task. 2020-12-08 16:09:59 Successfully executed common task.

What I was trying to do:

All clients are configured the same.
  Restarting network equipment.
We updated the agent from version 4.7.3674.32790 to 5.0.3674.35424 (in this case, I can connect to other clients that use    the agent version 4.7.3674.32790)
Restarting the server on which HPDM is installed.
  Factory reset

I have no idea why this can only happen with certain clients, and the rest work fine, because all the settings are the same.

I ask you to give advice on how to solve this problem.
