Product: HPDM Console
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
We have updated HDPM Server 4.7.8 to HPDM Server 5.0.5.
The HPDM console on the server works.
The problem is installing the console on another computer.
After installing and logging in the following message appears:
Certificate error. Please contact you administrator to sync rmiclient.jks from the Server
We have seen this solution in the manual but it doesn't work:
"After upgrading the HPDM Console on a remote workstation, the console connection will fail with a “Certificate Error”. To
rectify the issue, copy the file “rmiclient.jks” from “..\HP\HP Device Manager\Server\bin” folder on the HPDM Server to
the to the folder “..\HP\HP Device Manager\Console\lib” on the console workstation. This issue will be rectified in a
future release".

We cannot open the console on a computer other than the server
