Product: HPDM Device Manager
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello,  we use HDPM  ( device manager ) to manager our on-prem TCs.  We have deployed an AWS instance to allow remote workers to receive updates.  The internal and cloud server can communicate and see each other however, there is no communication between the HPDM applications  ( servers can talk ).... Seems support is pretty sketchy on this.  Thanks!!
