Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP 6005 Pro SFF cannot connect to two other computers on my home network.  One of those is a Dell desktop connected directly to my modem/router.  The other is a Dell laptop.  The HP and the laptop are in the far end of the house and connected via LAN.  The laptop will connect to the Dell desktop via either direct connection to the LAN or via WiFi.  The HP 6005 is only connected via WiFi.  In File Explorer it will see both the other two PC's but cannot access them.  The other PC's can see and access each other.  They cannot access the HP.

All systems Windows 10 Version 1803.   Any help will be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
