Product: Pavilion Power 580-191NG D
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got my Elgato HD60 PRO and I tried to install it in my HP pc but there was only 1 PCI besides the one where is my graphic card. It also had a yellow sticker with a “caution” sign on it. I read 1 post from this forum and tried to put my elgato in that PCI but the PCI isn’t working. If you look the elgato installation video you see that you have to put in 2 hdmi cables and they all work. I already contacted elgato customer support and they said that they have no solution for me and that I should ask for help here. I did everything I could and I still don’t know if it is a PCI problem or anything else.
