Product: HP Elite Display E273m 27"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I'm trying to get the in-built camera on the monitor to work. Tried to download latest firmware from HP Support Centre - Drivers and Software page, but error message: 'Camera device not found' keeps coming up. The monitor is connected to a laptop using Microsoft Windows 10 20H10 (64-bit).
I'm new to using a monitor. It's working fine - it's just the camera I'd like to get going. The laptop camera is in use for Zoom meetings which means when I am looking up at the monitor I'm not looking into it's camera instead, so everyone gets to see my chin!
