Product: HP EliteDesk 705 G5 AMD
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Sure Run has interfered with my ability to create local users in Win 10.  It has also interfered with my ability to establish bank connections in Quicken.  It does this by simply disconnecting the network card.  It has taken me most of a day to figure this out. 

To disable HP Sure Run, please start HP Client Security app and under Device Security, uncheck the "Enable HP Sure Run" box.  I left the program installed if I ever want to turn it back on (not!!).  Norton 360 does a less indiscriminate job with its firewall program control functions.
