Hello Z400 users and HP professional team!

 

 I could not find good solution about my issue on PCI express x16 slot.
As you know Z400 has two slots of PCI express x16. 
Usually I use two graphic cards.
But suddenly one slot does not work.  (slot number 4.)  Slot no 2 works.
I confirmed problem of this by testing same graphic card at slot no 2 and 4.

So I want to know:

1. how do I know this error definition?
2. how do I check pci express x16 slot health?  Any software?
I already used "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows" but this program does not do motherboard health check???

Any suggestions are welcome!
