Product: omen 880-139
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've received notification that there is a bios upgrade for my desktop through HP Support Assistant. I downloaded and tried to execute the SoftPaq # sp111247 per the instructions, but it always fails. The upgrade is Version 4.53 for ROM Family SSID 8437 which I confirmed in System Info report is what I have.

 

So, how do I do a manual upgrade if the automated process fails?
