Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello i have HP E223 monitor which i know it has no audio capability . I have 2 questions

 

1- since there is no s100 soundbar supplier in my country. Can i use different model only usb speaker to get sound from monitor ?

 

2- ı want to use my monıtor as tv also with satalite decoder . My question is ıf i connect the usb speaker to monitor can i get audio or i have to plug it to decoder to get audio? I connect decoder to monitor via hdmı cable and gets the video perfectly
