I have a defective monitor still in manufacturer warranty that I am trying to add to my dashboard in order to get a repair. I get the message "We were unable to validate the serial number and add this product to your profile. Please visit your dashboard to add the product at another time." upon entering the serial number. Any help is appreciated.

 

EDIT: It has been added to my dashboard.
