Product: hp compaq 8100 elite sff pc

Hi, I have a hp compaq 8100 elite sff pc and when i try to boot it shows me this error Intel(R) ME unconfiguration in progress... . I can enter to BIOS pressing f10 but i can't enter mebx pressing CRT+P.

I Tried to reset CMOS, to remove/ change 3v battery, update bios but anything...

Please help me. I am going to be crazy!!
