Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On bootup, get black screen with blue error box. “Invalid or missing product information “. Subscribe to HP Smart Friend, on phone for 2 hours, no help. Technician said hardware issue and would be $300 to send in and fix. For that much I could buy a new computer! I know there are programs that will “tattoo” that information back in to BIOS. SN that is missing is the system board CT number. Any ideas where to get this program and how to use it?
