HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not HP-related, but I just recently installed an i9, prime z490-A, and an h100i. Lighting with the h100i glitches, moves erratically, and moves very fast. My mic-in audio port is not working, and in device manager, it says that my PCI device and SM bus controller have problems (listed under other devices). Both say "code 28" and that there are no drivers installed, yet there are no drivers compatible. I believe this is a chipset issue but when I download my mobo's latest chipset nothing is fixed or happens. I have downloaded the newest BIOS and everything I believe I need. Any help?
