HP 27Fw with audio
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two HP 27Fw monitors going at the moment, one is perfect and is plugged in with HDMI cables and the picture, response everything works great. My other monitor, the 27fw with audio is plugged in with a VGA cable, the cable is only one meter and there is a lot of tension and pull on it so it may just be that. But on this monitor there are lines quickly going down it quickly and im thinking it is just a bad cable issue as both monitors are set as the same settings and it is also is not very old and I had this one before my new one and it was perfect.

Any ideas? some sort of settings? bad cable?

Thanks!
