Product: Pavilion 500-C60
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When my customer was unplugging the power supply from the back of the computer (it's a laptop MB in a regular case), the little plastic piece that gives the plug its ground popped off the motherboard. This was not discovered until after she brought the PC to me for a software problem. Now the DC plug can't be plugged in because it needs the female part that connects to the outside of the plug. Is there anywhere that I can get one of these? It looks like it just needs to be pushed back into place...
