MY CPU HP PRO MINI TOWER 3500 RESTART AFTER FEW SECONDS REGARDLESS OF OPERATING SYSTEM I HAVE CHANGED POWER SUPPLY RAM HARD DRIVE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME
