Product: HP 500B MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can a HP 500B MT desktop could use 8 GB RAM?  It only came with 4 GB when I bought it and would like to upgrade.  I purchased some compatible memory from ebay and installed it in the slots, but when I turn on the computer it just beeps loudly.  Here is what I tried to use:  8GB 2x 4GB DDR3 1333MHz PC3-10600 DESKTOP Memory Non ECC 1333 Low Density RAM 8G.  Is there some jumper setting or something on the motherboard that will allow the memory to work?  It fits perfectly, and the seller indicated it was compatible with the  HP 500B MT.
