HP Recommended
Product: HP LP2475w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LP2475w that I use with my pc, now has a thin black horizontal line across the screen about 3" down from the top. When viewed on a white background (e.g. Google) the area below the line shows a very pale gray tone.This is definitely a monitor problem. I have connected the monitor to my laptop using a different HDMI lead and the line is still there. Help needed to resolve this issue!
