HP Recommended
Product: 27f Displaay

Set it up using the recommended display settings and I have a few problems:

 

1) There is a long flashing bar across the top of the monitor.

2) The bottom menu bar is cut off at the bottom of the page.

 

Any ideas as to how to fix this? HP is impossible to get a hold of, so I am hoping you all have an idea.
