Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I just purchased this computer: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-desktop-amd-ryzen-7-8gb-memory-256gb-ssd-black/6429426.p?skuId=64294...
The problem I am having is that the monitors won't turn back on after I wake the computer up after being asleep.
some details:
- monitors turn back on if i wake the computer up shortly after being put to sleep
- monitors won't turn back on if the computer has been asleep overnight
- the power light turns solid and i hear the fans turning but the monitors wont turn on.
- i tried upgrading the AMD drivers by downloading their tool but that did not fix the problem
- there are no drivers listed for this desktop on the HP site: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-desktop-pc-m01-f1000a/37921112/model/2100000352
- i used the HP Support App that was pre installed and it listed only some updates for the bluetooth and audio chipsets.
Thanks!
